Customers Say
The Ninja Crispi air fryer is praised for its compact design, ease of use, and effective cooking results. However, some users find it heavy, lack of temperature control, and slower than other models.

Not for work use.
Not entirely happy with this, I brought for work so I can stop using microwaves, however the Ninja crispi is quite big, and heavy to take too a from work everyday. Also when using for normal cooking at home, there is no temperature setting, you just push start and you have no idea how hot the temperature is. I compared to my normal Ninja air fryer, it cooked my food over 10 minutes quicker than the Ninja Crispi. I can see how it is convenient for some, but unfortunately not for work use.

Compact air fryer
I wanted air fryer for over a year, just my kitchen so small that I have no place for it. This air fryer is perfect, compact, no need to be on the table top. Small enough to store it in the cupboard. See through makes cooking more convenient, no need opening it up to see how food is doing. Also glass containers are healthier option. Easy cleaning, dishwasher safe. Big enough for 1 or 2 people.

Great kitchen tool.
I bought this 2 weeks ago. It is my first airfryer type of kitchen gadgets.it now doesn't live in the cupboard, it's out on a workspace. I am discovering what it does.

I love it
After much research and reading of reviews I bought this as a replacement for my 4 year old budget air fryer which no longer met my needs size wise. I have used it every day since. Ideal for 3 to 4 people . It was easy to get used to the different way it works ( 4 preset heat settings) but I mastered it quickly and am enjoying cooking and baking in both the large and the small bowls. I wouldn't say it's portable as it's quite heavy but that said, I love it and would recommend.

Great food when you are pushed for time
I'm a conventional amateur cooking experimentalist who has previously avoided the air fryer on principle. I have a set of ninja pans and they have proved well worth the investment. So I bought a crispi in the sales and its early days but it looks great and cooks fish beautifully. Glaze a few marinated veg and add to the glassware and the results are impressive. If u dont have a has oven and hob then this is a very economical way to cook meals in smaller households. I already see my oven being less important in future. A worthwhile purchase for sure.

The large crisper plate is 196.6 L x 196.09 W x 8.89 H (mm), while the smaller one is 144.02 L x 144.02 W x 10.16 H (mm).
The small dish, or the crisper plate, in the Ninja CRISP 4-in-1 Air Fryer should sit securely inside the main glass basket, but it doesn’t have a locking mechanism like the basket itself. This is normal and not considered dangerous as long as the dish is placed correctly and not overloaded.
The small dish, or crisper plate, in the Ninja CRISP 4-in-1 Air Fryer should sit securely inside the main glass basket, but it doesn’t lock in place like the basket itself. This is normal and safe as long as the dish is positioned correctly and not overloaded. It’s designed to be removable for easy cleaning and versatility. If it feels unstable, ensure the basket is level and the dish lies flat. If you notice gaps or damage, contact the manufacturer for guidance.
We can confirm that the small dish is safe to use for all ages. In the event you have any sort of problem with your air fryer, don't hesitate to give us a call at 0808 109 1166. Our advocates will be glad to assist you.
Using aluminum foil I have read, is known to be toxic . Better to use paper used for cooking.
Surprised Ninja recommends aluminum
It is safe to use both parchment paper and aluminium foil. The use of aluminium foil is suggested in some recipes.
We can confirm that the dishes as well as the rest of the accessories can be cleaned in a proper manner without needing to use a dishwasher.

No, the Ninja CRISPi does not have a steam function or produce steam. It uses heated air circulation technology to cook and crisp food, the same method used in air frying and roasting, rather than steam-based cooking.
Yes, the FN101UK bears both the UKCA and CE marks and has been designed and tested to meet the requirements of the UK Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
This appliance can Air Fry, Roast, Keep Warm, and Recrisp. We advise against baking a cake in this unit because the batter may rise and come into contact with the heating elements at the top. However, it works wonderfully for reheating leftover pizza.
