Compact and small but a big deal
Jigsaw The weight and size is nice, it's very well balanced, with very little vibration when cutting. The extra long cable is better than every other corded jigsaw I've used. It's small enough to fit into a tool box. There are no extra features, such as a laser guide, but it’s not needed, a dust extractor would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The blades supplied cut very well, it cut metal and wood effortlessly. Pros A very long cable Simple to use Very little vibration Comfortable to use Cons No dust extraction Overall a very nice small saw, it would fit in with any DIY or professionals tool kit. As a bundle, it’s a good starter bundle and all three items are more than good enough to be in a professional tool box or any DIYs tool box.

Great jigsaw, perfect for diy
This jigsaw is just perfect for both home and work projects. It is quite heavy though, but very powerful. It comes with blades too. I’ve used it to cut a piece of melamine for shelving and it worked great.

Great Jigsaw
This Stanley jigsaw comes in a very nice, hard and rugged case. First impression on opening the case is the easy storage and small compartments for blades (which come separately), although a fast cutting blade is also supplied with the unit. Little odds and ends can also be added. The machine can be stored with the blade still attached if desired. Impressively, the blades are easy to attach or detach by way of a readily accessible lever requiring upward pressure from the thumb which then locks the blade into position. Blades are also very high quality. A lever on the side which is very easy to operate, locks the cutting plate angle anywhere between 15⁰ and 90⁰. The jigsaw has 4 cutting actions from 0 to 3 which allows the preferred, variable cutting action. It can cut soft materials to harder materials including thin metal, and the switch trigger has variable speed. A great feature is the included shoe sleeve which is provided to protect more delicate surfaces from scratching - this will be perfect for more intricate, future use. There is a quick cut illustration for demonstration purposes only (in the attached images) using the fast blade, to show the beautiful cut from this jigsaw and some angles that you can achieve. We will be moving house soon and we are looking forward to really putting this piece of equipment to the test. Just the little bit of testing we have done has already shown what a valuable tool this will be in all of our future DIY projects. For anyone concerned that this is not cordless, it really doesn't matter as the chord is quite long - longer that other corded machines I've worked with so that's another positive. Overall, this machine is easy to use, instructions are easy to follow and the quality speaks for itself. It feels sturdy in hand and it also looks great. I can highly recommend this product.

Precise in cutting and doesn't shudder
This is a fantastic tool. It comes with a variable speed trigger switch which can be locked for continuous operation. This allowed me to focus on the job rather than the switch. It is very easy to maneuver and you can angle it up to 45 degrees. I used it to cut some laminate flooring. It was smooth and precise in cutting and didn't shudder. It is quite compact and helpfully, has a long wire. It comes with one blade so you can get started straight away. There is also a shoe sleeve with the package to avoid scratching your wood. It comes with a three year warranty and a sturdy case to keep it protected.

Excellent jigsaw with kit box
This jigsaw is well built, it’s sturdy and robust and ideal for diy jobs. It's easy to install the blade and set the cutting angles. It has three cutting speeds for different cutting materials, it works very well and is easy to handle. The kit box is strongly built and is ideal for storing and transporting the jigsaw.

Good piece of kit
This jigsaw is well made and feels sturdy. It cuts through different thicknesses of wood with precision and is easy enough to use for all kinds of projects. The slight downside for me is that it is extremely heavy and I would only use it for short periods of time.
