Disappointing
I have given 3 stars for this TV because it is lacking in ports at the back. One usb 2 hdmi, that's it! It resulted in me buying a multi hdmi lead, which isn't the ideal but will have to do. I reckon this is why the tv was a low price. Also the remote is ultra sensitive at times I press a button and it will skip 3 or 4 options, which after a while becomes frustrating. All in all, not the best model of samsung TV I've bought.

The Samsung UE32H5020FK model does not natively support the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app is generally available on Samsung smart TVs from 2018 onwards, but the H5020FK is an older model (likely 2014 or a newer version of the same series, possibly around 2025 in some regions but with older specs) which is not compatible with the app due to hardware/software limitations.
To access the Apple TV app and Apple TV+ on this television, you can use an external streaming device:

Press the Home button on your remote control and select the Source icon. Select TV as the source and wait for your TV to scan for the available channels. Once the scan is complete, you can access the free-to-air channels by pressing the Home button again and selecting the Live TV icon.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Samsung 32 Inch UE32H5020FK Smart HD Ready HDR LED TV.
This TV is compatible with online game streaming platforms such as Xbox Live or Luna, however the TV does not have a specific gaming mode to enhance the picture should a gaming console be used with this TV.
