Great tv but remote doesn't have voice control
Bought for elderly parents as first Smart TV. Everyone happy with it. Easy to set up and straightforward remote. Excellent screen and sound. Only downside is the remote doesn't have voice control, whilst the tv does. If you need that, you have to buy a different remote.

Hi if you wanted to view freeview channels you could install them on the tv by connecting to the main arial in the house then use an indoor ariel to connect to the tv in the bedroom. This is what we have done for my 97 year old nan as she just wants normal tv channels. She does not have internet and would not know how to use smart features. the Tv my sister was able to get is a smart tv with freeview but works fine with indoor Ariel. Indoor ariel easy to buy anywhere they sell tvs or online

"The Samsung 32 Inch UE32H5020FK is not compatible with Apple features such as AirPlay or screen mirroring directly from iPhone or iPad devices, as this model does not support Apple AirPlay.
However, Apple devices can still be connected using alternative methods, such as an HDMI adapter (for example, a Lightning or USB-C to HDMI adapter, depending on the device) connected directly to the TV."
