Missing Parts
Don’t buy it if you are after the full package. Instructions come with details of the wall mount/bracket included. Parts K and L missing. Not even their replacements have this.

Long and complicated setup
Although I already have a Samsung account, the initialisation and setup was not smooth. The messages said this new TV would copy the settings/configuration settings from my previous 3 year old Samsung TV but this process failed. Also struggling to make Bixby work as I keep getting various error messages when I try to select settings (example "unable to change settings now. Check the power cord or connection status of the soundbar" - but there is no soundbar connected to it). Swapping between the various apps can be VERY slow.

Rubbish
A piece of rubbish Within day one it started turning itself off and nothing resolved this like turning off power saving etc. Over priced rubbish which lasted one day. Shop refused a refund as I had it stored until my house extension was built. Apparently it needs a new main board I repeat this was on day one

Never again.
The software is rubbish (both on the television and the Android App/(browser login every few minutes). Trying to send images to The Frame (the reason it is so overpriced) is 9 times out of 10 impossible with the app claiming I'm. It on the same network even though the WiFi settings on the TV and on my phone claim they are on the same network, and I can receive internet on both devices (IP TV from Samsung on TV) and browser the hundreds of complaints about the TV software unanswered on the Samsung Forum from my phone. The TV looks horrible when off, it has a clouded effect around the outside, which disappears completely when lit/on. Ring Doorbell integration doesn't work... It interrupts the viewing when the doorbell ring and just shows a connecting screen which never connects. The on/standby/off can be a bit hit and miss which it coming to life when trying to turn off the TV when in art/standby mode. The tiny cable that takes the signal from the controller box to panel is great to allow simple wall mounting which lots of cables. Promotional free frame panels is a con with none being available even though they had stocks of the TV? They are so overpriced, very much like the TV.

The quality of picture and sound is first class. As I am in my eighties I was unused to these controls at first but soon found them very easy to use

Far from perfect for a discreet wall install
Received the 65" & 32" versions last week, booked the free on wall installation; glad I didn't pay, it would have been a waste of money, we have had TV's on the wall for several years now and have power, aerial & ethernet cables behind the TV site, you'd think this would make the perfect install site, No. The TVs come with a large 75mm deep box (35cm long and about 15cm deep) of electronics that Samsung have taken out of the TV to make it thin no doubt. The issue with the 65" is the inputs are all to this large box, cant hide it behind the TV, the dry wall is only 40mm deep. Spent the weekend completely reinstalling the newly installed TV so cables weren't hanging down the wall to this box (that had to be left on the floor by the install team), wont be perfect until I decorate next. The 32" has the ariel going into its back but the power going into a slightly smaller box, we have a unit below the install site so this wasn't such a pain, still not ideal as now I have to reach into the cupboard to turn off power as it goes into extra box not the TV on the wall. Id have loved to been at the design meeting for these TV's and explain that there no point in a flat on wall TV if you have a whole another appliance to fit somewhere else. So far so good with picture and operation hence 3 stars, the design concept really does drag the rating I can give down.
