Can't reach wand to operate blinds!
Really wanted to give this a 5 star, was going to give it a 1 star but thats not fair. Im shorter than average and having major problems reaching the wand to open or close the blinds. The wand to open/close the blinds is way too short.

Love these blinds . Slats fit perfect in window , but i had to take off about 3mm off the headrail as was too tight fit for window space, when the brackets were fitted.

Fine product, terrible packaging.
The shutter blinds came damaged twice with the first time being large cracks on the blind and wooden panel cover and the second time being scuffs over multiple areas. Although this is likely due to the delivery company, the packaging is too thin for this type of product.

Great blind but handle too short!!
The blind is lovely, strong, sturdy. and looks great! The reason that I only gave 4 š is because the handle is very short and when I need to twiddle it to open the blind, I have to stretch up and strain my back. Another 6 inches on the handle would be perfect and would then deserve 5 š.
