Construction nightmare
Superb quality and kids loving it, but a nightmare to put up. I am rubbish but it took us over 4 hours with at least 2 people. Painful.

Looks great if I could actually use it.
Built the entire thing, took hours, only to find that the pre-drilled holes on the support bars to attach from the base to lower pole were too small to allow the bolt to fit through. I've contacted the supplier who are apparently sending out new support bars but they have yet to arrive. Basketball hoop has been laid on the ground since purchase. Will update review if I ever receive the parts but all in all, very disappointed as this was the main birthday present for my son which was almost 3 weeks ago.

It's the rim to the floor not the top of the board to the floor. 10ft is the rim to the floor.
