It's a bit more complicated than needed for a 92 year old but managing. Unfortunately vodafone is carrying out maintenance so poor signal, not the phones fault

Easy to use and excellent battery life. Indicates on outside case if you have missed a text or call.

I bought it a few weeks ago. It is easy to use. Mum still struggles with voicemail how to hear them. But it is has to be on loud speaker for her to hear. Battery runs out quickly more so than smart phones. But overall I'm happy with it for my elderly mother.

Hi I have had this phone for about a month it is a great phone so easy to set up.The flip design makes it easy to answer and hangup after calls without using buttons.The calls are easy to make and receive.The texting is easy and large buttons and writing a bonus.Allso the shortcut buttons for contacts messaging and camera brilliant.Have not used the secure button yet but eases your mind to know it's their all and all this is a very good phone.
