This device is perfect for perfect for seniors/pensioners who have limited technological abilities and those who do not like smartphones and prefer a much more basic dumbphone. It's a 4G network clamshell style flip phone which takes NANO sized sim cards from any provider. My grandmother who cannot use the internet, cannot use touchscreens, cannot use smartphones, and has had basic brick style phones since the early 2000s finds it easy to use and loud enough to hear. Small enough to fit in your pocket, but with large numbers. large buttons, and large font display. No touchscreen features. Also suited for parents who want a more limited phone for their kids for calling and texting but with no apps. Even ideal for people who want to break smartphone addictions, and for privacy minded individuals.

I have always had a Doro as this little phone does all I require. My new Doro Leva L20 is simple to set up and to use. The battery life is excellent for my requirements and the screen is clear. Would recommend for those of us who want a phone just for messaging, phoning and photographs.

I bought it a few weeks ago. It is easy to use. Mum still struggles with voicemail how to hear them. But it is has to be on loud speaker for her to hear. Battery runs out quickly more so than smart phones. But overall I'm happy with it for my elderly mother.

The SIM Free Doro Leva L20 Mobile Phone - Black and White is designed to charge at a maximum of 2.75W, so while a 20W adapter can be used, the phone will only draw power up to its maximum charging capacity, meaning it will not charge faster than 2.75W.
