light weight
have had the mop for a couple of weeks now, and very pleased with it, it is much lighter than my old one, and easier to fill. would have liked a few more replacement mop heads though.

Easy to use, highly efficient
Bought this after my old vileda stopped working. It preheats quickly, has a strong steam boost trigger and is easy to refill with water. Turn it on with a straight forward button and choose your setting to get going. So far, it does what it promised and is easy to keep the pad clean after mopping.

Better late than never!
I had been thinking of getting a floor steamer for awhile, wish i had got it sooner!. I will never use a mop again on my floors, i have tiles and sealed laminate through out. It's easy to use, the floors dry in a few minutes, they feel really clean.

Large water tank
Great steamer best of all the ones I’ve bought before, the water tank is large enough to compete all hard floors downstairs, also has a long lead.

A great steam cleaner
This is a great stream cleaner. Really easy to set up and use, I was very impressed with how light and manoeuvrable it is, yet is cleaned everywhere very deeply. I would definitely recommend this if you are thinking of buying it.

If your Shark SteamSpot is leaving floors cloudy, streaky, or spotty after steaming, the most common causes are a dirty cleaning pad or residue left behind from powdered detergent previously used on the floor. Washing or replacing the pad and rinsing away any detergent residue can help restore a clean, streak-free finish.
The SteamSpot with Steam Blaster is designed for easy manoeuvrability, allowing you to reach and clean most areas with ease.
The SteamSpot is designed for use on most sealed hard floor surfaces such as laminate, hardwood, marble, tile, and stone. It is not intended for use on walls, counters, windows, or glass surfaces like shower doors. For safe and effective cleaning, please use it only on recommended floor types.
Yes, the Shark SteamSpot is suitable for laminate flooring and can also be used on surfaces like bamboo, hardwood, marble, tile and stone. It should not be used on wax polished or unsealed floors, and it’s always best to test on a small area first to be sure.
No, the Shark SteamSpot uses a single mode button to switch between LIGHT steam, NORMAL steam, and standby instead of a traditional on and off switch. To turn it off, you return to standby with blinking lights and unplug the unit, which is designed to be energy efficient and automatically manages power based on the selected mode.
The Shark SteamSpot doesn't work not unless the wet room floor is properly sealed and rated for steam.
The Shark SteamSpot weights 2.18kg.
The Shark S2001UK is designed specifically for sealed hard floors such as tile, marble, hardwood, laminate, and stone, and it should not be used on soft surfaces like mattresses or beds.
We do not recommend using any kind of detergent in the water tank of this steam mop. We recommend distilled water if available.
That is correct. Extra pads have to be purchased separately.
