Comfortable, but don't feel any different in temperature that was the reason I bought it as I get night sweats.

This product feels like it is a high quality product. It fits the bed well and is comfortable to sleep on (under a sheet). Unsure of it's specific cooling properties but I guess it is slightly cooler than a standard mattress protector.

Mattress topper cooler
I have been using this on a memory phone mattress as this gets too warm, I don't think the cooling topper makes any difference, although it helps to keep the mattress clean
