Impressive addition to our new gym
Exceeded my expectations - a solid and user friendly treadmill that the whole family have already used, even the exercise shy ones. I was initially surprised about the weight of the treadmill and it did take two of us to move into position, however once assembled you appreciate why it is so heavy. The instructions are clear and recommends two people to assemble which I would suggest you follow. Impressive features include bluetooth connectivity and I love the fact that that you can connect it to your phone and smart watch. Built in speakers speakers are a bonus as I need to listen to music whilst exercising and even better that you can connect a tablet, so you can even catch up on TV programmes comfortably whilst exercising. My young adult sons have commented how easy the display and the functions are to use and have likened it to gym quality with its general all round sturdiness. I particularly like the 'my first 5k' function which is a welcome addition to a complete gym novice like myself. So many different functions to explore. I am looking forward to progressing to hill sprint programmes. This is a high quality treadmill and would recommend.

Great space saving addition to my home gym
This treadmill really is fantastic. And the fact that it folds up is an added bonus. Whilst in use it feels steady, sturdy and very durable when running on it and the incline feature makes it easy to challenge myself more. It was simple to connect the bluetooth feature to my mobile phone which enabled me to sync with my fitness apps and the display screen is large and very clear, making it easy for my whole family to use.

A gym quality treadmill with excellent features
A gym quality treadmill with lots of great features for ease of use and a comfortable workout, fans work great to keep you cool, the Bluetooth option is great for connectivity for music while you train, easy to skip songs and adjust volume, incline works well, the hand controls make it quick to adjust speed or incline while running, with buttons on the side to quick reset back to starting pace. The apple/galaxy watch feature is fantastic to quickly get connected and start your run, takes a couple of seconds and you’re ready to go, and everything from heart rate to calories burned is tracked. The box is very large so a decent space is needed to set it up, but it is packed well and secure, unfortunately there wasn’t any instructions in my box on how to put together but easily found online and straight forward to put together, the folding feature does reduce space it takes to store but is still a very large treadmill and does take up a lot of room space, easy to manoeuvre with wheels on the base and on running deck Overall very happy with it, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a home treadmill that feels like you’re in the gym!

Wow wow wow!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wow what a treadmill this is!! First off delivery was abit poor. Only 2 men delivering it who really struggled then dumped it in our hallway and told us good luck with moving it. After an hour we managed it but only just as this is extremely heavy! Don't let that out you off tho as this machine is AMAZING it has 20 different speeds and 15 inclines you can Bluetooth your watch and phone to it and play music through the speakers which is very loud. The best bit is the fans... 2 powerful fans with 3 speeds cooling you down whilst running. You can also hook your tablet up to it and have scenarios playing and different things via an app. It has a section to hold your tablet a section to hold your phone and a section to hold 2 cups/bottles. After a week I am still really enjoying it and excited to go on it everyday. Even the husband and kids go for a run on it.

In a class of it's own!
This is big, heavy and solid and in a complete class of it's own! The assembly instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow with diagrams and written instructions. Once assembled it can be folded although I can't see any reason why you would want to as it is too big and heavy to move. Make sure you assemble it where you want to use it! This is serious kit and really caters for all levels of activity and fitness and all ages and abilities. You can enter multiple users plus a guest option. This is useful as you can save any program you have customized so you can use it again and again without having to set it up every time. There are numerous programs and options from basic manual program to Hill Climb, Hill Sprint and Fat Burn to name but a few. There is also a cute My First 5k program which is geared to inexperienced runners gradually building up strength and stamina to achieve a 5k run over a 9 week period. The console, which looks like it's straight from the Starship Enterprise , has an LED screen showing your program, incline, speed, pace, calories, heart rate, time etc plus numerous function buttons. For me the things that set this aside from other treadmills are the extras. There are two fans with three levels of power, two speakers for music or audio feedback, two bottle holders / storage pods, smart watch reader, Bluetooth connection and USB port. I connected to a Galaxy smartwatch with no problems at all . Also there are two tablet holders. I find the top one vibrates a bit when running so I use the lower one which is perfect for me anyway. There are so many options it would be hard to lack motivation as there's always something new to try. I absolutely love being able to connect to my phone and play my music while I work out. The speaker quality is great and plenty loud enough to drown it the sound of pounding footsteps! I also enjoy a long walk so it is great that when the weather is bad I can have my walk and watch an film at the same time. I am delighted and obsessed with this treadmill. It is a fabulous piece of kit.

A serious piece of kit
What a great piece of kit this is. This Bowflex Treadmill really punches its weight. Talking of weight, it comes in at a massive 128kg so I needed help from my neighbour to move and assemble it. And now it's in place, that's it. I won't be moving it far. It does have a "Soft Drop" fold up capability that does save you some space but it still has a large footprint so make sure to check the dimensions. Once up and running, I climbed on board, connected my energency stop safety clip, and started running. Wow! I could immediately feel the cushioning of the powered running belt absorbing impact to help protect my joints. As an ageing runner this is a must for me. The handgrips are ideally placed and are equipped with pulse sensors and convenient dials for rapid adjustment of speed and incline. With the maximum speed being 12 mph and incline 15% its going to give me everything I need in a treadmill. The full colour information display provides me with all the vital data I need right in front of me: speed, incline, calories burned, heart rate, pace, distance travelled, split time. It has some really good built in workout programmes for different exercise objectives. Some general running programmes, of course, but some for hill sprints aimed specifically at muscle tone and cardiovascular improvement and the one I love, one for fat burn. There's also a dinky 5km workout programme specifically designed for absolute novices to running that aims to train you to be able run 5km over a 9 week period. No excuses now for not doing your local Sunday morning Parkrun! You can, of course, customise your own personal programme and every workout is recordable meaning I can return to my own workout routine, time and time again, and see if I can beat my personal best. Great connectivity with built in Bluetooth so you can easily connect to your Apple or Galaxy wristwatch. You can also connect to a smartphone, mp3 player or tablet for audio through the nifty built-in speakers. My one niggle here is you can't connect to more than one Bluetooth device at the same time. It's compatible with JRNY, Peloton and Zwift fitness apps so you can hook up to your own subscription programs, if that's your thing. I love the little extras like the 3 speed built in cooling fans, the USB charging port and tablet holding rack. It even has a water bottle porthole so no excuses for not staying hydrated. So overall this is a high-quality, long-lasting, and tech-friendly treadmill, perfect for both experienced runners and absolute beginners. Its impressive range of pre-set programmes and features is definitely going to keep me motivated. It's certainly going to meet all my treadmill requirements and more. I can highly recommend it.

Solid piece of equipment. V good.
Solid machine. Smooth running and fantastic features. Assembly straight forward once you’ve located the small QR code for the instructions in the booklet. Nothing cheap or nasty about this equipment the Matt runs without too much noise. The scroll wheels are very welcomed on the pulse tracking handle bars so you don’t have to break concentration to much by reaching do change speeds etc. it has Bluetooth and even has a stand up at eye level for placing a tablet or alternative to watch movies etc. the amount of different programmes is unreal. Very smooth incline/decline. Very good option all round for treadmills. Impressed.

Honestly my other treadmills do not compare
This is a amazing treadmill and honestly i have never had a treadmill like this it is 100 percent worth the money and is more of a investment i have cancelled my gym pass now this treadmill has 14 different functions it has 5 plus users and a guest user too the incline goes up to 15 and the speed goes up to 20kph it has built in fans with 3 speeds and speakers that give a 360 sound it also comes wieth bluetooth and a tablet holder its holds 159kg weight and it a very easy set up with the instuctions being online via a qr code the belt itself feels super sturdy and is a xldeck so i feel this covers most people it has pulse detection aswell and the emergency stop is also not just a magnectic slip it actually going in to a little slot which means it wont just slip off during a workout
