About this product
Whether commuting, hitting the gym, or focusing, the Sony WF-C710N true wireless earbuds deliver clear sound with active noise cancellation to block distractions. Ambient Sound mode lets you tune into surroundings when needed. With 5mm drivers and Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) technology, vocals are crisp and bass punches, while the 5-band EQ in the Sony Sound Connect app lets you tailor sound. IPX4 water resistance handles splashes and sweat, and the lightweight design keeps them comfortable for all-day wear.
You get up to 40 hours of battery life in total. 12 hours come from the earbuds and 28 hours from the charging case with noise cancelling switched off. Quick charging gives you 1 hour of playback from just 5 minutes plugged in, so you're never caught out. Precise Voice Pickup technology keeps your calls clear, and multipoint connection means you can pair with two devices at once. Intuitive touch controls sit on the earbuds for easy operation, and Bluetooth 5.3 gives you a stable connection up to 10m. The charging case, USB cable, and hybrid silicone rubber earbuds are all included.

Quick story - I bought some JBL earbuds from another retailer however; they were awful, sounded like a wee speaker in a tin can so they were returned. Decided to splash out and bought these. First track I played was Dance on a Volcano by Genesis. I was blown away by the clarity. Noise cancellation is good. I walk the dog with these on and traffic noise is blocked. Very comfortable after I changed the rubber bits to small size. Love the way you can tap the buds and control everything. Highly recommended.

This is a great value for money earphone with a decent sound quality and comfortably latches on to my ear since I’ve found past earphones a bit discomforting and loose on my ears especially skullcandy one. The transparent blue design goes perfectly with my blue phone too. It does feel a bit cheaply. Also the noise cancellation could of been better i think. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product and would recommend one.

Argos HAS to accept returns if the item is faulty or not working as described, your statutory rights trump their returns policy.
You cant return them used just because you dont like them or youve changed your mind about them, you must be able to demonstrate some flaw or defect.
If you can do this, they can not refuse to accept them.
