Bought these for my husband. He absolutely loves them and for the money, they are great value. Easy to connect to iphone. Noise cancelling for ear buds is excellent. You have the option of size adjustment so the comfort is great. My husband listens to audio books the clarity is prefect. Battery lasts well through the night and beyond on full charge.

Working well a few weeks in
I previously had a pair of refurbished Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds and one of the earbuds started having problems losing battery very fast. I bought these as a replacement and they seem to be working well so far with comparable experience at a much reduced price. The battery life is good. I can listen to white noise using these all night without the battery going. The transparent blue adds a nice quirky touch. My only issue is that my old headphones gave a verbal warning when you changed mode (e.g. it would say 'noise cancelling') and these just make a beep. Sound quality seems decent but I'm no audiophile.

Good, but............
Bought for me as a present. Opening the box, there was absolutely nothing on the enclosed leaflets to indicate where to look for a manual or instructions online. Google search gave me various options, and finally I found a full manual. Registering the product takes you ages to find something useful in the Sony group. Sound is very good, but certainly not noise-cancelling, although this wasn't an essential requirement for me. It should be called "external noise reduction" at best. Ambient Sound mode is the only alternative option, but it's guesswork to know what one you've chosen. For playing music, establishing how to pause, rewind, fast forward, increase/decrease volume is a bit tricky, trying to tap the correct ear-buds the appropriate number of times. Checking the charge remaining in the case or ear buds is a bit hit and miss - the length of time the indicator light is lit too vague to rely on it being sufficiently charged for later use. Then you have to refer to the manual to be sure and confident. The green and orange flashing or static light can't be easily seen in bright sunlight. Over time I'm sure I'll get the hang of these hassles. Hopefully.

These are extremely good the noise cancelling function really actually works and when you need to hear the outside world you just tap the earbud and you can it has an automated function that sort of learns what your doing and turns it off and on fitts really nice in my ear and the sound quality is really good battery last quite a long time and connects really quick to my phone

Great audio quality but poor fit
Audio quality is very good, however there is one point that lowers my rating. First of all, it's very difficult to make them fit in my ears. I've tried all the available earbuds, but none of them give the perfect fit. I've nearly lost them already twice as they've fallen out from my ears.

Argos HAS to accept returns if the item is faulty or not working as described, your statutory rights trump their returns policy.
You cant return them used just because you dont like them or youve changed your mind about them, you must be able to demonstrate some flaw or defect.
If you can do this, they can not refuse to accept them.
