About this product
Whether commuting, hitting the gym, or focusing, the Sony WF-C710N true wireless earbuds deliver clear sound with active noise cancellation to block distractions. Ambient Sound mode lets you tune into surroundings when needed. With 5mm drivers and Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) technology, vocals are crisp and bass punches, while the 5-band EQ in the Sony Sound Connect app lets you tailor sound. IPX4 water resistance handles splashes and sweat, and the lightweight design keeps them comfortable for all-day wear.
You get up to 40 hours of battery life in total. 12 hours come from the earbuds and 28 hours from the charging case with noise cancelling switched off. Quick charging gives you 1 hour of playback from just 5 minutes plugged in, so you're never caught out. Precise Voice Pickup technology keeps your calls clear, and multipoint connection means you can pair with two devices at once. Intuitive touch controls sit on the earbuds for easy operation, and Bluetooth 5.3 gives you a stable connection up to 10m. The charging case, USB cable, and hybrid silicone rubber earbuds are all included.

Sadly it only took a week of irregular use for the rubberised inner ear grips to lose purchase. My last earbuds - from Samsung - only came with one extra set of grips. The originals lasted nearly two years. Sony have provided two extra sets of grips. Which weirdly come on what looks like measuring stick (i.e. they get bigger - presumably according to use). I might customise. These are bigger, heavier and more likely to pop out of my narrow ear canal. As for the sound quality: well, Samsung earbuds circa 2023, and high-end Sony DJ 'phones from about 2008. Mid-price mid-life compromises.

Great noise cancelling
I bought these to replace a pair no longer working. I chose the noise cancelling option as I often take flights where other passengers can be very noisy. It turns out they are the perfect choice for that function. I like that you can tap the bud for the various functions, and to be able to here the surrounding noise such as for announcements. They are bigger than my previous buds, but you get used to them.

Amazing earbuds
Bought about a month ago, was initially skeptical as I'd never spent so much money on bluetooth earbuds before. But they have turned out to be excellent. The noise cancellation is very good, battery life is decent and is helped by the charging case. Spare ear tips came in handy and are very comfortable. They even automatically pause when not in ear. Clear audio, nothing else to say. Pretty much perfect.

irritating product
They're okay, the sound quality is decent enough for the price, but the automatic noise cancelling/environmental sound feature is so annoying, you can't control it. It switches on and off by itself depending on what the environment sound is. I'm constantly having to tap the left one to switch noise cancelling back on, which drains the battery!

Very good sound and base, but after 20 minutes in the gym on the treadmill They started to slip out of my ears and I spent most of my time pushing them back into the correct position. My ears are quite small so these may not be for you if you have small ears but the battery life seemed to last quite well. They are quite bass heavy. So the clarity of tops seem to be missing unless you download the app and Tailor the EQ to your taste

Argos HAS to accept returns if the item is faulty or not working as described, your statutory rights trump their returns policy.
You cant return them used just because you dont like them or youve changed your mind about them, you must be able to demonstrate some flaw or defect.
If you can do this, they can not refuse to accept them.
