This is an exchange for a faulty one, this earphone is very good value for the money, considering the tech that's packed within. However the original pair I bought, started having issues of not charging after a few months.

Bought the WF-C710N headphones a month ago and they are excellent. Sound quality is very good and more importantly for those on video conference calls, the microphone is the best of all the headphones I have tried (and I have had a few).

I’ve had these headphones about 3 weeks and really enjoy them , the sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling is very good. I did think about the price at first but it’s actually money well spent .

I bought this about a month ago and have used it every day since. I'm troubled by how little the battery lasts, having seen reviews saying it lasts 40 or 50 hours, I'm struggling to make it last 6 before I get a low battery warning. I use it when I walk my dogs in the mountains here, 90 minutes usually. Within 3 days or less I get the low battery warning, a bit disappointed really
