I bought these as I’ve been building up to ever heavier weights in my efforts to improve my muscle strength. Previously I was using 3kg weights. Unfortunately dumbbells don’t come in 500g increments after 2.5kg so I was forced to go from 3kg to 4kg in one go but have managed it!
