Weak buttons and slides all over the worktop
The tiny (grey on black) button icons are difficult to see and the buttons need pressing quite hard, not "touch". The worse feature is the feet. They are two tiny hard plastic domes and two bumps in the metal. This means that the whole thing skoots all over the worktop when you try to push a button. The door mechanism feels cheap and clunky. You get a loud 'twang' when you close the door. I suppose this is the bottom of the range model (we never use the fancy features of more expensive models) but I expected a better build quality from a good brand. Our previous 15 year old Tesco's-own microwave was built better. It heats food fine 8)

This has no on/off switch.
It has a Start/Set pad/button on the front and also a Stop/Reset pad/button too.
You press Start/Set to allow the oven to begin operation. If door is then opened or Stop/Reset is pressed once during
oven operation, it'll stop cooking. Start/Set must then be
pressed again to restart the oven if you wish to continue.
