I had been in a car accident and my physio said I need some weights to help build up my muscle again.
I started with this lowest weight and they have done what I wanted. They weight 1kg each. They are a soft purple and have a gritty feel to them.
They were smaller than I expected. The box is tiny and shocked the worker who handed it to me because of the weight.
