The pendant arrived in a plastic bag inside the gift box. Thank goodness I checked. The chain is so thin it looks like it will tangle very easily, if it does not snap first. The price is too high for what you get.

To be honest gave the necklace to my daughter and she really loved it but the chain snapped within an hour, the chain is very thin and weak. Would recommend another chain or buy a stronger chain for the heart.
