About this product
The Vax Mach Air Revive is a lightweight upright that's built around multi-cyclonic technology, so you get consistent suction from start to finish. At 5kg, it's light enough to carry up and down stairs without much effort, and the 7m cord gives you plenty of reach around larger rooms. The motorised floorhead adjusts between carpets and hard floors, and the 1.5l dustbin means you can get through a fair bit of cleaning before stopping to empty it.
It comes with a 3-in-1 tool that handles dusting, crevices and upholstery, plus the hose stretches up to 1.3m so you can reach furniture and stairs without bending about. The multi-cyclonic design keeps the suction strong throughout, and the bagless bin empties without fuss. It runs at around 80 decibels, which is fairly standard for an upright. Works across carpets, hard floors, stairs and upholstery.

Vax hoover
The hoover is good it has reasonable capacity and suction, the noise not too bad, when carpet mode is selected it feels like you are fighting with the hoover, when switched off it's fine on laminate floor. The handle is not the best and can be harsh on the hand. Good long power cable, the hose would be better if it was not attached by the plastic link. A light on the front would off been useful too. Coming from a shark hoover it feels like a down grade. However, the hoover works well, I needed a quick replacement.

Vax mach air revive
Great suction and little or no drops. Good attachment for getting into hard to reach places. Old style with wire and maybe a little on the heavy side for some but i would choose this hoover everytime above any of the lightweight modern hoovers that lack that suction and end up dropping back what it sucks up.

Light, great Hoover!
I have three hairy pets and back pain. This was the 6th Hoover I bought to help get rid of the hair and help with back pain at the same time. I bought 5 Dysons and a Shark. They hurt my back too much and never got rid of the hair properly, so for me this is light; not heavy; is great at getting rid of dogs hair and back ache starts towards the end of hovering rather than all the way through. Great product and I’m very surprised to be honest- thank you

Great all rounder
Having bought my Vax a few weeks ago I have now had plenty of time to put it through it’s paces and found it to be an excellent hoover all round. No negatives at all the only thing that would be nice would be if it had a front light but that doesn’t take away from it’s very good features. Very pleased with my purchase.
