About this product
The Bush Lisbon DAB FM Portable Radio brings your favourite stations into any room with a classic wooden cabinet design that adds a proper retro touch to your kitchen counter or bedside table. With 20 preset stations, you can jump straight to Radio 2, your local station, or whatever you fancy without scrolling through the lot. It handles both DAB and FM, and the LCD display shows you exactly which station you're tuned into. Plug it into the mains at home or pop in 4 x AA batteries (not included) when you want to take it to the garden or greenhouse.
The auto tune and auto scan functions sort out your station list without any fiddling, and RDS scrolling text on digital radio keeps you informed about what's playing. The sleep timer is handy if you like drifting off to a late night show, and the auto time update means you'll never need to adjust the clock yourself. It's compact enough to fit on a shelf or windowsill without taking over. Sound wise, it puts out 1 watt RMS, which is perfectly adequate for personal listening in smaller spaces. DAB Limitations
Having spent time researching this product, I was both surprised and disappointed at it's limitations, with regard to available DAB stations. It would be very useful for prospective buyers to be able to understand the product's limitations, so that an informed decision may be made about purchasing. It required two conversations with Argos technical support, to ascertain that the product that I needed to acquire should have DAB+, considerable time and inconvenience was caused in resolving return and refund for this product.

Great little radio
Great little radio for my home office. I wanted something small and basic for under £30 and this does the job perfectly. Looks good too. Reception is great and I love that I don’t have to manually set the time and date like my older Bush radio.

Looks good. Sounds good. But VERY difficult to tune in. The buttons require multiple presses and even then sometimes nothing happens.
