I have previously hired industrial carpet cleaners that aren't as powerful or as easy to use as this VAX carpet cleaner. I planned on doing 1 main carpet to test it out, ended up doing the whole house. You will be amazed at the amount of dirt and grime this cleaner will pick up from any carpet. I can advise that the Vax Rapid Power Pro Upright Carpet Cleaner is suitable for cleaning woollen loop pile carpets. As with all floor types, it is recommended to test an area for pile distortion that is usually hidden from view.
