Worst item and no support
If I could leave no stars at all I would have done that. It was a total waste of money as it did not work. The liquid wasn’t going down the pipes.secondly I tried contacting Argos and the brand via Argos for some support and got none

Great machine
I bought this just after getting a new puppy, so it’s come in very handy to keep the carpets clean after little accidents. It was easy to use and does a great job. Really strong suction. It is loud, but not sure that can be avoided. Given the types of messes Iv been cleaning up, Iv been using the deep clean function so it does still take a couple hours to dry completely. But I’m happy with the results so far. Also really easy to clean the machine after.

I can advise that the Vax Rapid Power Pro Upright Carpet Cleaner is suitable for cleaning woollen loop pile carpets. As with all floor types, it is recommended to test an area for pile distortion that is usually hidden from view.
