Cheap quality don’t waste your money doesn’t work totally if you buy in market it cost you £10 for everything and 10 times better

Fast & easy
Rod set up, all you need to do is thread your line & extend. I'm no fisherman but I have some idea, the pack of weights for the line are impossible to clamp, suggest getting your own when you pick up some bait.

Thanks for using Q&A
Hello Juka.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised Matt Hayes Adventure 8ft Telescopic Fishing Rod Set:
The length of the telescopic rod when reduced down is 58cms.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Thankyou for your enquiry.
The float kit has an Aberdeen hook in size 2.
Hello Bob,
The supplier has advised the following on the Matt Hayes Adventure 8ft Telescopic Fishing Rod Set (7426522):
“The rod has a casting weight of 25-50g. The line has a breaking strain of 12lbs. How big a fish can be caught on 12lb line depends on the skill of the angler to use the rod and the drag of the reel correctly to tire the fish before netting it. A fish of 20lb should not be a problem.”
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Joe,
The supplier has advised the following for the Matt Hayes Adventure 8ft Telescopic Fishing Rod Set:
"If you are asking if you can use a different reel, maybe one that you already have, then yes absolutely you can do that."
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Yes, this reel can be changed from left to right hand retrieve.
Thank you for your question. This item does not come with a bag.
Thank you for your question.
Yes, this set can be used for sea fishing. We recommend using the float set with the black/orange float from a pier/rocks for species such as wrasse for example, and the lure set for spinning for predatory species such as mackerel, bass etc.
Thank you for your question.
The line that comes on the reel has a diameter of 0.30mm, and a breaking strain of 12lbs.
Thank you for your enquiry. This set would be perfect for a youngster to start fishing with a rod and reel of a manageable size, and all the accessories that you need to get started either float fishing in a canal, lake, river or the sea, or spinning with light lures for many different species of fish. The set also includes a useful fishing handbook with tips and advice.
