After speaking to our supplier, they have advised: 'The product is made of MDF for the drawers and tops. The body of the product is made MFC.
The item is not FSC'

It is a white gloss finish on a quality mdf and definitely not plastic

The sides are also glossed, but the tops and drawers fronts are more glossy than the sides.
