Good piece of kit.
I’ve been using this for about 2/3 weeks now and after 10 minutes, I really feel like I’ve had a workout. I have yet to use the accessories as I use my dumbbells. You can set it to operate at speed 1-15, I find for me 10 is ok but I do 3 minutes at 15 midway through my session. It comes with a basic exercise sheet but I go to YouTube on my tv for workout routines. The taller you stand, the more you will feel it over your body but keep your knees soft and a straight back. I wish there was more info for instance, ‘2 minutes at xx speed is equivalent to xxx squats’. Would be helpful if you wanted to target certain areas. People complain about an itching sensation when using this type of thing but I haven’t experienced this. It is very heavy so don’t hurt your back before you even get on it. I am 73 in a bit, heart and lung condition, so don’t go out jogging or do any star jumps. I find this a perfect machine for a good workout without putting much effort in, it does it all for you.

Does what it says on the tin!
Bought this to help with pain in my back, hip, sciatic nerve and knees as well as weight loss. 10 minutes a day so far has been helpful in reducing the pain and aiding in the weight loss.

Very Sturdy
Not had the Reviber Plus Oscillating Vibration Plate long enough to fully appreciate the benefits but so far I am quite impressed with it. It appears well made and is a sturdy machine and easy to use. I also use it immediately after going jogging as I find it helps to minimise aching muscles in my legs after a jog.

So far so good, works as expected. Very powerful when put to the higher settings, does a great workout on your muscles. Very heavy and sturdy, would recommend.

Great bit of equipment!
Bought this for my wife and she recommendeds this for anyone with fibromyalgia, also for her osteoarthritis. She has had less pain since using this Viber plus machine, took some getting use to. Other that that it is HIGHLY recommended..

The Hz range on this Vibration Plate is 4-11Hz dependent on speed setting.
