You're setting up a home workout space that fits your routine. This vibration plate gives you a compact training option. It offers 15 speed levels and an adjustable auto-programme. The set includes a remote control, resistance bands, wall chart and exercise programme.
The vibration plate features 12mm oscillation movement. Only the platform moves, keeping the base stable. There's virtually no vibration into the floor. It's ideal for apartment use. The steel base supports users up to 200kg. Upper body straps add variety to your sessions. There's a 5 year warranty included.

Sturdy, quiet and suitable for heavier users
I bought this about 3 weeks ago, as a compact exercise machine, and went for this particular brand/model as it had a sturdier build and a more powerful motor, making it more suitable for a heavier user. In use the oscillations are powerful, even with some one over 100 kg on it. It comes with a remote control which makes it easy to adjust the speed, timer and power on/off whist your are standing in it. It is quiet, and you can easily watch the TV whilst using it. One negative is that the rubber/silicone coating on the plate has been off-gassing and sinking out my flat, though it is much reduced now. Some other things that could be improved are a longer power lead, and some rollers/handles to make moving it around easier.

Good piece of kit.
I’ve been using this for about 2/3 weeks now and after 10 minutes, I really feel like I’ve had a workout. I have yet to use the accessories as I use my dumbbells. You can set it to operate at speed 1-15, I find for me 10 is ok but I do 3 minutes at 15 midway through my session. It comes with a basic exercise sheet but I go to YouTube on my tv for workout routines. The taller you stand, the more you will feel it over your body but keep your knees soft and a straight back. I wish there was more info for instance, ‘2 minutes at xx speed is equivalent to xxx squats’. Would be helpful if you wanted to target certain areas. People complain about an itching sensation when using this type of thing but I haven’t experienced this. It is very heavy so don’t hurt your back before you even get on it. I am 73 in a bit, heart and lung condition, so don’t go out jogging or do any star jumps. I find this a perfect machine for a good workout without putting much effort in, it does it all for you.

Does what it says on the tin!
Bought this to help with pain in my back, hip, sciatic nerve and knees as well as weight loss. 10 minutes a day so far has been helpful in reducing the pain and aiding in the weight loss.

Very Sturdy
Not had the Reviber Plus Oscillating Vibration Plate long enough to fully appreciate the benefits but so far I am quite impressed with it. It appears well made and is a sturdy machine and easy to use. I also use it immediately after going jogging as I find it helps to minimise aching muscles in my legs after a jog.

Great bit of equipment!
Bought this for my wife and she recommendeds this for anyone with fibromyalgia, also for her osteoarthritis. She has had less pain since using this Viber plus machine, took some getting use to. Other that that it is HIGHLY recommended..
