Great purchase

A Beautiful Board
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my old ironing board to the Brabantia new Autumn/Winter steam generator ironing board and it’s amazing. These are some of the features that assisted my choice, XL model for ironing a shirt without moving it. Great for steam units - extra large metal steam unit holder (for units up to 40 x 22 cm). Child lock prevents accidental closing. Easy on your back - adjustable to your ideal working height (75 - 98 cm). This a really great piece of domestic household equipment and I’m really pleased with it. Only slight problem and it’s only a problem if you havent considered where you’re going to store it, is that it is quite big and takes up a lot of space in the cupboard. However the cushioning on the board makes it all worthwhile, leaves no metal prints on your clothes whilst pressing.

Fantastic large ironing board
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with this ironing board, it’s made ironing so much quicker and easier! The large board size means I can iron without having to move clothing so much, my 9 year olds clothes fully fit on it so both sides are ironed together which halves the ironing time. The board is very sturdy and made from a stylish black metal frame which I like, I also like that it’s made from sustainable cotton - I think it’s very important these days. This is the perfect choice for steam iron users because the iron pad is large enough (and strong enough) to support steam iron units. The height is easily adjustable so great for all and also easily flattened and stored away. All in all this is a fantastic quality ironing board that I have no doubt will last me many years like the rest of my Brabantia products have - I would highly recommend this to anyone!

High quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ironing board is extremely well made with a high quality feel. It’s a good solid weight and height, with an easy to use height adjustment. It’s brilliant for all people with setting for low height to vey high. I particularly liked the really wide deck that made ironing larger items much quicker and easier , especially bedding . The large size iron pad , is perfect for a stream iron and keeps its secure, when not in use . The large pad also allows you to leave a normal iron flat down without the risk of burning anything . The board has a thick and cushioned covering which allows the iron to glide easily over it . I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a large ironing board which is sturdy and easy to fold up and down to store .
