This depends on a number of factors, e.g. the paint type and thickness, and what it is that you’re spraying it on to.

This has different nozzle caps for different applications, e.g. a grey one suitable for wood and a white one for use on walls. You can also set the spray capacity, i.e. the amount of paint that comes through and also set the airflow rate too to suit the paint type. You can also dilute the spray material if necessary. The amount by which you’d do so and whether you’d need to do so would depend on the paint type. Also, the material used to dilute it would also depend on the type of paint too. The item’s user manual gives all the details there.

The user instructions say this: “The power tool is only intended for spraying emulsion and latex paints, solvent-based and water-dilutable lacquers, glazes, primers, clear lacquers, oils (ALL Paint) and water. The power tool is not suitable for spraying caustic solutions, acidic coating materials and house paints.”
