Over complicated
As an admitted technophobe I find this over complicated to use. Two buttons pressed simultaneously engage a child lock which isn't mentioned in the manual.I had to go online to find out why the machine wasn’t working. I think a tumble dryer basically needs a low, medium and high heat setting and a timer not many different options. I bought this model for the water collection system which is visible through the door-this works very will with no spillage.

Good in drying but complicated wifi setup
Machine is good but the wifi set up is little complicated and does not pick up the connection on iPhone. I had to use android phone to connect and then share with iPhone. Also it’s not always wifi on like Hisense and other machines. You will have to turn the knob to wifi and wait till it connects to wifi to choose the drying programme.

Excellent dryer
I was concerned by other reviews about the water tank falling off when the door is opened but this hasn’t happened to me once. I imagine if you don’t empty it after every use then perhaps it would due to the weight of the water. It’s simple to empty and takes seconds. Love the eco cotton setting. Actually dries stuff and doesn’t take much longer than a normal cycle! My last dryer eco setting never dried stuff and took hours. The lint filter is a little fiddly to open to start but it’s loosening up with use. The bottom filter is much easier to clean than my last one. A bit nonplussed by the night cycle which is meant to be quiet, but it’s as loud as the other cycles. My only bug bear is that on opening you sometimes have to wipe condensation from the bottom rim of the opening to stop clothes getting wet on removal, but it doesn’t happen every time. I just give it a quick wipe every time now and doing this also wipes away lint so saves deeper cleaning. I’m really pleased with this dryer. Much better than my old Hotpoint. Haven’t used the WiFi setting, can’t see the point of it for my use. Very easy to use, tells you when the bottom filter needs a rinse through, which is quick and easy. Would recommend this dryer. My first Hoover appliance and would buy another one.

I bought this a month ago and cant believe what an improvement its been over our previous Vented dryer. It paired with the app straightaway and the programs are marvellous. I am impressed with the door tank feature

"This machine is a condenser dryer, they do not have the standard round vent and hose that Vented dryers have, however they do still need ventilation"

The Hoover HRE C10TE-80 10KG Condenser Tumble Dryer - White can be stacked on top of a washer, however please see details below:
In cases where the dryer is installed on top of a washing machine, a suitable stacking kit
must be used according to the configuration of your appliance:
− Stacking kit "standard size":
for washing machine with minimum depth of 44 cm;
− Stacking kit "slim size": for washing machine with minimum depth of 40 cm.
− Universal stacking kit with sliding: for washing machine with minimum depth of
47 cm.
The stacking kit shall be obtainable from service. The instructions for installation and
any fixing attachments, are provided with the stacking kit.
