Ironing is a breeze
Had my old iron for 7years plus, and decided it was time for a new one, so spent time looking and doing research. Came across the Russell Hobbs Powersteam Ultra Pro Iron 28630. The reviews were all good, and the price was really good too, as it was on offer. So easy to use, a little heavier than my old one, but the creases come out of clothes with ease. So pleased with how it works and performs, and highly recommend.

Pretty good.
This iron is pretty good, a decent weight and works very well but as others have said it's difficult to see the markings on the dial and how much water remains in the reservoir when you're using it. If these issues ere sorted I would give it a 5* review rather than4*.

Does what it should, but...
It irons just fine. But this replaced the previous version. Compared to that, it seems a very awkward shape. The plate is positioned a long way forward (very large reservoir at the back), which makes it feel unbalanced. The plate also has very exaggerated notching for buttons - far more than previous, which means the very tip of the plate is no good at all, and you have to push the point a long way forward for it to work on complex areas. It feels heavier, but that could be because of balance. Not a fan.
