Very pleased. It works well and looks nice.
I've had this a couple of weeks now and I have used it every day, just for dead hangs so far. It looks inconspicuous, fits ok with the decor and doesn't look like it is going to leave any marks on my door frame. I installed it without the screw-in ends and it seems to hold my weight. It does unwind itself a bit overnight so I always check and give it a bit of a tighten each time. I actually pop my cycle helmet on before I use it which might be overkill, but it doesn't hurt to be safe. I think I will stick an air mattress or similar below me once I graduate onto moves where I might land on my coccyx.

fell out of the door frame with my 6 year old granddaughter attached to it. parts were missing, didnt realise that there should have been rubber grippers on each end as they wernt in the box. returned product.

No instructions within box are there any online for assembly
I bought this and found out the hard way that you do have to screw it into the wall. Do not buy it if you think it works without screwing into the walls.
I just bought this and the answer given previously is wrong, it does have retaining cups that need to be screwed into the frame or wall
