I ATTACHED THE BAR TO A DOOR FRAME, AS INSTRUCTED- I did one pull up, and pulled my house down. Now i dont have anywhere to do my pull ups.

No instructions within box are there any online for assembly
I bought this and found out the hard way that you do have to screw it into the wall. Do not buy it if you think it works without screwing into the walls.
I just bought this and the answer given previously is wrong, it does have retaining cups that need to be screwed into the frame or wall
