The product is same as image, it was good but wasn't suitable for my house. Be mindful of the structure of your house when you purchase it. It gave cracked lines on my door frame when we tried to fit it.

Faulty
I had to return this because one end was jammed and would not turn, so the bar could not be extended to fit the doorway. I didn’t get a replacement because overall the finish was a bit rough so I would rather pay a bit more for better quality.

Easy to install in doorway. I would prefer if it did not ‘rotate’ slightly when you grip it but still does the business.

Seems sturdy enough
Used it a few times and seems sturdy enough I used the plastic caps and screws provided for extra stability due to small door frame depth and has no problem holding my weight which is just over ten stonet, if fitting to a door frame with more depth you would probably not need to use screws and caps but best used as fail safe and for heavier weight, easy to install and uninstall by twisting the to ends in or out, can't go wrong for the price

Good bar for the price
Good pull-up bar that you can screw into a door frame or use it without screws. It has rubber pads and fastens by twisting the bar once it in position. Would have got 5 stars if the instructions were clearer and the soft grips were wider or adjustable. Worth checking it's still tight everytime and that you pull up on the bar in the direction it tightens as to not make it un screw during use.

No instructions within box are there any online for assembly
I bought this and found out the hard way that you do have to screw it into the wall. Do not buy it if you think it works without screwing into the walls.
I just bought this and the answer given previously is wrong, it does have retaining cups that need to be screwed into the frame or wall
