It's not a bad starter set, but the "carp" rod arrived with slight damage which I have fixed myself, as it was easier than arranging a return. For £130, it's worth looking at NGT and pricing up a similar kit.

Cheap bit of starter kit
All cheap gear perfect for a kids first fishing set but if you really want some decent quality fishing gear best off avoiding the bulk sets and buying things separate so much stuff in this kit that will never be used

Great way to get back in to fishing!!! Also you may need a few more split _shot, this is good to for younger anglers just starting out!!! You won't be able to get all this stuff for the price in any anglers shop!!! And I took the set on a trip to Birmingham, used the rod and reel, and the missus used the pole, had a great time, cougt a load of fish, a defo good perches!!! Highly recommend!!!

Thankyou for your question about this product. The set contains two fishing rods, i.e., one carp fishing rod and one match/float fishing rod. However, the set does also includes a 5 metre fishing pole/whip.
