Start as you mean to go on with the Marcy MWB-36780b, this convenient bench and weight set has all the fundamentals to kick start your weight training journey. Don't be fooled into thinking a starter bench is a flimsy one, this compact chunk boasts 14-gauge thick, 7.5 cm rounded steel framework for a solid feel and great load capacities.
Includes 2 x 11.3kg & 2 x 6.8kg plates, 1 x 4ft bar, 5 clips (standard 1 inch size).
Adjustable bench (fixed to rack), angles to 2 x incline & flat positions, with butterfly arms for chest training.
Fixed rack for increased robustness to hold up to 90kg.
Natural feel leg curl and 2 height removable arm curl pad.
Maximum user weight 135kg (21st 4lb).

Does the trick. Although I used my own bar as the one provided is not very long and forces you to hold the bar at the points where the stand is when returning the bar. Would recommend a longer bar

The frame is scratched to within an Inch of its life. Holes In the weights. Delivery was an absolute joke too.

This bench is ok but not great.
The uprights are shoulder width apart and the dumbbell bar is quite short so when placing it back in uprights your hands tend to be positioned exactly where it needs to land so a few nips.
The preacher curl pad cushioning is quite thin and this makes for quite painful elbows during exercise.
Dropped a dumbbell and outer plastic broke exposing cement fill.
Seems robust enough and easy to put together.
