Great smart plugs!
I bought earlier this month to set up some smart lighting as I have previously owned TPLink Kasa smart plugs. These are much smaller and now all the plugs can be controlled under the new TP Link Tapo app, with backwards compatibility with the older Kasa infrastructure. Plus these have the added benefit of being future proof with the Matter standard.

Bought these to replace old mechanical timer plugs. So much easier to use and update, plus don't have the annoying noise of the timer ticking round. They are also the width of a normal plug where the old ones are wider.

It works with home assistant on my home server but obviously their app works fine and doesn’t require a subscription but does require an account. Excellent price at time of writing.

Hi, Tapo P110M only supports connecting to 2.4G WiFi and does not support 5G WiFi. Thanks for using Q&A.
Tapo also make an extension socket with four outlets, each of which is individually controllable remotely - P304M.

We recommend using smart plugs directly in wall outlets. Overloading devices (exceeding the smart plug’s limit) may inadvertently be connected to power strips, posing a risk to product damage.
