About this product
This freezer has a 83 litre capacity so there's plenty of space to store up to 4 shopping bags of food. With 3 drawers you have sufficient space to store meat and veg separate from one another. They are also transparent so there's no need to take items out to find your dessert.
Audible alarm - If you accidentally leave the freezer door open you will be alerted by the audible alarm, helping you to save energy as well as preserving your food.
Super freezing function protects frozen food - The Super Freezing function freezes your weekly shop quicker and prevents your frozen food from defrosting. The freezer can detect a temperature increase and automatically adjust its temperature to guarantee the best storage conditions.

'Boschting' Freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in the West Midlands I thought a bit of 'Black Country' humour in the title might catch the eye. My new Bosch feezer looks absolutely fantastic in my side entrance as it silently gets on with keeping all my frozen food in good order. However, the other day I noticed a thin layer of frosty ice had formed on the front of all the drawers. Thinking I might have not closed the door correctly I scraped the ice off and cleaned the front of the drawers. Within a few days or so the frosty ice re-appeared, not as much as before, but, as it did not appear to be hindering the performance of the freezer, I have left the thin layer of ice on the drawer fronts.

Good replacement for our old freezer

Bought to replace previous Bosch freezer over 25 years old. This new freezer is quieter, does not ice up, plenty of storage room in the 3 drawers. Fits neatly under the worktop. Smart bright white finish.

Lovely Compact Freezer
A lovely Bosch appliance. Spacious inside and very quiet. Bought because we were having a new kitchen fitted. This item took the contents of our old freezer until we could set up our new (Bosch) Fridge/Freezer and will eventually go into our new utility room as extra freezer capacity. It's perfect. The user manual only refers to it needing to be done regularly. The timescale would probably vary depending on use and other factors.
The user manual says: "The freezer compartment does not
defrost automatically. A layer of hoarfrost in the freezer compartment impairs refrigeration of the frozen food
and increases power consumption." So we'd advise that you do so every so often so as to minimise this build up and to ensure the freezer functions correctly.
