Look for something better
Not a great start to be honest, the tank to the hydro sonic flosser doesn’t last long enough to do your bottom teeth back and front and it’s the same with the top teeth back and front. The flosser is difficult to use and very messy, my mouth doesn’t feel any cleaner than it did before I had the flosser and it made my gums bleed on the first setting. I’m not over confident with this flosser and some what a little disappointed in the results. But it’s better using them little interdental brushes and string floss. The buttons are over sensitive and the unit is awkward to hold.

Good product, but one or two issues.
It has taken me a few days to control this flosser. The on button is rather easy to press by mistake thus sending water round the bathroom! However, now that I have got used to it I like it very much. The problem now is that the water tank is almost impossible to remove. Someone did remove it for me (with larger and stronger hands). I really need to be able to do this myself, however. I do like this flosser, but four stars not five because of the water tank issue.

Sceptical but frustrated i hadn't purchased sooner
I've used this for a few weeks having heard others use water flosser's over the years and thought it a fad. Honestly within a few used i wake up with a cleaner and clearer mouth with no morning breath. It's triggered my partner to try it and she will get her own unit for hygiene. You need to empty the units each time and clean the head every few months, i'm going to use my Suri chargign box to UV blast mine every c. 30days when i charge the Suri which i love. I clean my teeth with the Suri twice a day as normal but in the evening (and roll toothpastes, senso for enamel in the eve and whitening in the day) and then leave the tooth paste for a minute, then spit out the bulk paste and fill the water flosser sideways through the hatch with hot water, add half a cap of alcohol free mouth wash for the gums and top up to full, then bosch as they say at 90deg to the teeth/gums across inside and outside and roof and ground floor. Highly recommend any water flosser and this one is insanely powerful on the lowest setting, not had to charge it yet. Very good value for money and basic all you need functionality. The head fits snug and firm into the cone and it's comfy to use and easy to power on. I use the live function rather than continuous to jet and stop as i reposition the angled head, to maintain that 90deg angle. If you jet wash down it will go around your teeth into the gums. As a first time user in the kitchen after charging to full it hammered the ceiling, my face, jacket and windows. Hence use the top button for press to activate the jet.

Amazing!
My gums were in a bad way due to pregnancy and not being able to brush my teeth properly. I went to the hygienist and she requested that I floss daily before brushing my teeth at night and wanted to see me in 3 months rather than 6 as she was concerned about my teeth. I purchased the Ordo water flosser. On a recent visit, she was amazed at the difference and has put me back on a 6 month plan and has no concerns now.

Good Performance, Build Could be Better
Cleans well - we have noticed a difference in how our teeth feel. It does leak after use, though; I guess because no matter how long you spend trying to angle it to get the last bit of water out, there is always some left. So don't leave it anywhere you don't want to get wet. Taking it apart to clean is a bit of a mission - despite it only being one button to release the tank, it doesn't work particularly well.
