The mattress is very thin and light. It’ll do the job for kids aged below 5/6 but a no go for adults as you would sink in and the springs in the mattress would hurt.

It would depend on the requirements of the bed frame. This mattress is 19cm in depth so it would be worth checking the manual for the bed as it may be too high depending on the height of the safety rails.
