The Bosch UniversalVac 15 handles wet and dry messes without needing to switch filters. The 15 litre capacity deals with everything from sawdust to spilt liquids, and the built-in wet and dry cartridge filter means you don't faff about changing filters between tasks.

It's corded with a 4m cable and 2.2m hose, offering good reach without dragging it around. At 6.9kg, it's heavier than a stick vacuum but manageable for a wet and dry machine. The combination floor nozzle works on carpets, rugs, hard floors, laminate, sealed wood, sealed tile, upholstery and stairs, with a crevice nozzle for tight spots.
