Bought this using it for a week, watch is very very basic like a fit bit from 2018 all spund comes through the watch when connected even video, the ear buds are useless one works half the time the other works 25% of the time sounds is poor and mic level is a joke better off spending money on string and cups get a clearer conversation that way

Hi Ali, I am pleased to inform you, you may make and receive calls via your watch when successfully paired to your app on your smartphone. A sim card is not required for Reflex Active watches.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Reflex Active Black Calling Smart Watch and Earbud Set: ''Unfortunately, Reflex Active watches do not have the function for the user to text using the watch. The watches only allow the user to be notified by a message.''
