Looks good and efficient for it's specification, a good purchase.

Didn't work
This had to be returned. The screen froze when loading windows, cursor and keyboard not working. Windows loaded on second attempt but then the screen continued to freeze several times an hour when browsing or composing email. With cursor and keyboard unavailable to use the only option was to switch off and restart each time. None of the advice I found on line was helpful. After three days of this I gave up and returned it. The returns process was not easy and required two separate visits to the store. I did receive a refund and have bought a different brand from elsewhere.

Bought this as a backup laptop, as my old one was years out of date, it has just enough features to get moving would also be a great first laptop for someone at school or uni. Only downside to these new laptops is they don't come with built in dvd/cd drives so you need to invest in one...

I purchased this laptop as I needed to upgrade to one that has windows 11. Very well priced. This MSI is light weight and ultra slim, has many features that I required. It was so easy to set up as Im not that tech savvy, it transferred everything over from my other laptop. The keyboard is illuminated which I have not experienced in the past, and easy to navigate. It is very fast to upload and has lots of storage space, also easy to navigate around all sites I require. This suits all of my needs and I have not had any issues at all.

With regards to audio, it has 2x 2W speakers but I cannot comment on the quality as this is a highly subjective matter and up to personal preferences.

"This particular SKU is more suited for day to day tasks such as browsing, office use, etc. and not really designed for gaming. It can run some old or 2D games but I wouldn’t consider this unit for any modern gaming needs."
