Nice compact laptop
Bought this as a backup laptop, as my old one was years out of date, it has just enough features to get moving would also be a great first laptop for someone at school or uni. Only downside to these new laptops is they don't come with built in dvd/cd drives so you need to invest in one...

I purchased this laptop as I needed to upgrade to one that has windows 11. Very well priced. This MSI is light weight and ultra slim, has many features that I required. It was so easy to set up as Im not that tech savvy, it transferred everything over from my other laptop. The keyboard is illuminated which I have not experienced in the past, and easy to navigate. It is very fast to upload and has lots of storage space, also easy to navigate around all sites I require. This suits all of my needs and I have not had any issues at all.

Fast laptop
Great laptop. We’ve been using it to play online. Mostly sea of thieves which it handles really well. Very quick start up. Love the backlit keyboard.

Disappointing Performance Right Out of the Box
The laptop was advertised as suitable for everyday use, yet it struggled even with the initial system updates. After a full day of lag and freezes, it completely stalled during basic software updates like Word. Sadly, I had no choice but to return it.

SEEMS fine so far, set itself up more or less when I switched it on. I do miss the number keys on the right, so have to get used to using the top row again.
