Problem with the dole plate and it does leak water
Not had this iron long it got a brown mark on the sole plate it hadn’t stuck to any ironing did everything in the book to clean it didn't work. I tried a none scratch spong with the green side it marked the sole plate now when I use it the brown marks come back. I have only ever bought Morphy Richards and had no problems don’t like the sole plate at all with this iron. My last iron lasted 10 year never a problem this iron only lasted about 12 week. Very disappointed.

Look at different options
Wouldn’t recommend this, it leaks from everywhere and the plastic filler cap broke within 3 uses (the clip that holds it on snapped off). Argos and Russell Hobbs were useless with replacing it (Argos not interested and Russell Hobbs wanted to replace the entire iron instead of sending out a new cap). It gets one star because it does iron well, it just soaks your clothes in doing so, and then soaks the ironing board when you sit it upright.

Used local Rugeley store very handy 2 min bus ride. Would have bought from internet if had to travel miles to the nearest Sainsbury's. Iron is Brilliant so easy to use.

Good for the price
We bought this when our iron stopped working and it does a good job for the price. It’s a little bulky but warms up fast and does a good job on the school shirts

Best iron in this price range.
Excellent quality for the money paid me the steam tip is very helpful when ironing most clothes. The iron has food steam pressure too. If I was being picky, I would want a lighter weight appliance and the soleplate could be smoother, AI can explain bug it seems to drag even when cold on smooth fabrics

It’s an iron not a weapon!!
I brought this Iron as a Christmas gift for my wife, I don’t know if it’s any good at ironing out creases or not but I can say it’s very good a braking noses.

Good purchase for Black Friday deal.
Bought this for my wife as her old one was getting quite marked and needed a replacing. The cord is a lot longer than the normal irons she loves the fact that it's heavier than her previous one, works really well and cuts through creases. Only draw back is the weight of the iron, it is heavy.

Good and sturdy
Have used the iron regularly for the last three weeks or so, and it is a great improvement on my old (5) year old iron. Easy to fill, water level in reservoir easy to see; the temperature control button is clear and has lots of options on it. Three year warranty is an extra bonus. Happy ironed.

Hi, Jan
I can advise that the Morphy Richards Steam Flow Turbo Steam Iron 302010 come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Thanks for using Q&A.
I would never use tap water in any appliance, especially a steam iron as it causes limescale and it will come out of the jets on to your clothes. I always buy the Comfort ironing water, its very good
Hello Sam,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Morphy Richards Steam Flow Turbo Steam Iron 302010: We advise using only 100% distilled, de mineralised or deionised water in the iron, not tap water.
Thank you for using Q&A.
