This is one item not to get steamed up over
Whilst it is still early days to give a complete comment on his item based on it's usage it as given exceptional results. The machine heats up very quickly and the results based on the pad after use shows you are not wasting your time. I would recommend this item. The survey asked for a score against "SUCTION" as this emits and not sucks I have given it 1 star, the same response also covers "BATTERY LIFE" only to complete the survey.

Great product, multi functional
Brought this multi steamer to reduce the amount of chemicals used in cleaning products. It’s so easy to use, easy to set up. Make bathroom cleaning quick and easy, from steaming floors to cleaning the whole shower, works very well on glass. Cleaned windows well, but I still needed to wipe them over after, which wasn’t a problem. Very easy to change the tools for different usage. Very happy with this item.

Direct replacement after many years of use.
Bought to replace an existing H2O mop that had after many years failed. Every bit as good as the previous one. Easy to use, plenty of adjustable steam. All in all a very versatile machine. Buying the identical machine allows me to use the existing accessories currently owned. In short, sanitised floors, ease of use and accessories to cover most situations.

I bought this to replace my old one which lasted for years. I think it is the best steamer on the market. Maybe more expensive than other makes but you get a very good product by paying more.

The H2O X5 Mop can be used to clean walls, especially tiled walls, painted washable walls, and bathroom surfaces.
It is best to use a microfiber cloth attachment and avoid holding the steam in one spot for too long. For painted or delicate walls, test a small hidden area first to ensure the finish is not affected by heat or moisture.
It should not be used on wallpaper, unsealed surfaces, or walls with water-sensitive paint.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for H2O X5 5-in-1 Steam Mop.
The Mop X5 uses hot steam with only a small amount of water, so it does not soak the carpet and therefore does not need to vacuum the water back out.
The steam helps loosen surface dirt and refresh the carpet fibres, while the microfiber cloth absorbs some of the loosened dirt and moisture during cleaning. Any remaining light moisture simply dries naturally within a short time.
Unlike carpet extractors or shampoo cleaners, the X5 is designed for steam refreshing and light carpet cleaning rather than deep extraction cleaning with suction.
