I purchased this steam mop, having had one 20 years ago, but could not register my warranty, as it did recognise the qt code or Thame.

Cleans all floors well
I bought this to replace my old H20 which has lasted years. I have a wet room and need a steamer to clean the floor which isn’t smooth, for safety reasons. Couldn’t be without it.

Pleased with this order, it does what it says on the tin. I have had to tick the battery life box although there is no battery that I know of in this Steam Mop, in order to submit this review, that's the reason I have picked poor

Best steam mop ever
This is my 5th steam mop and I tried different brands - nothing gives the same finish as this one on my LVT flooring - only issue is with descaling as the nozzle in the tank becomes an issue and this is the reason I have had to repeat buy the item. Light and easy to handle - they have reduced the pads included from 2 to 1 unfortunately

I can advise that the H2O X5 5-in-1 Steam Mop is not designed to stand up on its own without leaning against a wall or being laid down for storage.
