Collapsed on first use, brackets failed.
Bought because of the great reviews. However, the first time I used this it collapsed. The brackets holding the legs just went. It only had towels on in it. It will not stand up now. Will be returning it. Not very impressed.

I bought this a month ago, and I am really unhappy with it. Is really difficult to fold and unfold, if you're not careful you can definitely hurt your fingers.

Excellent Space-Saving Airer
I bought this Minky airer to replace an older one that I had used for years. At first I thought it might be broken because it took a while to figure out how to open it properly, but once set up it worked well. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and has enough space to dry a full load of washing while still allowing good airflow. It’s also big enough to dry a bath towel, which is useful. The size fits nicely into the space I have available. I usually use it indoors with a dehumidifier but I haven’t yet tried putting it out on the patio in dry weather. The bars have a gripping coating, which is probably designed to keep clothes from blowing away outdoors, but it’s not ideal for very delicate fabrics. Overall, I’m happy with it.
