Excellent Space-Saving Airer
I bought this Minky airer to replace an older one that I had used for years. At first I thought it might be broken because it took a while to figure out how to open it properly, but once set up it worked well. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and has enough space to dry a full load of washing while still allowing good airflow. It’s also big enough to dry a bath towel, which is useful. The size fits nicely into the space I have available. I usually use it indoors with a dehumidifier but I haven’t yet tried putting it out on the patio in dry weather. The bars have a gripping coating, which is probably designed to keep clothes from blowing away outdoors, but it’s not ideal for very delicate fabrics. Overall, I’m happy with it.

A good airer
This replaces an old airer of similar construction. The hanging rails are much thicker and seem more sturdy. Although the hanging save is similar to my previous one, this airer, because of it's rounded corners, is slightly smaller overall. My only slight niggle is the clip that holds the two side arms together is too loose.

This has replaced my old airer very sturdy and holds a lot of washing dries quickly and also has the easy grip so the clothing doesn't roll off also fold away and flat takes up less space due to the design with the arms I think air flow and drying time is quicker very pleased with this product

Really good size for a family, lots of benefits but strong being one of the most beneficial. Used with a dehumidifier it takes the hassle out of washing in the winter

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Minky Sure Grip 18m Balcony Airer: If you place the airer flat on the ground with the legs on top, you can then just fold each leg out.
