Lovely necklace, terrible presentation
The necklace is beautiful but it comes in a tiny plastic bag, wrapped around a piece of card. The chain was quite tangled and took a while to unwrap. I had to buy a gift bag as it was a present and was not in a gift worthy state when I bought it. Even the lady on the till seemed a bit embarrassed to give it to me, as I think we all knew the presentation was a bit underwhelming.
