It does work but for me it's still not enough. Got warm very fast - but it might be a personal issue. I'd say give it a try!

Doesn’t stay cool
I bought this a couple weeks ago to help with menopause flushes at night. It doesn’t work for me as it gets warm from my hot flushes and stays warm! So only cool for a couple of minutes. So it’s a waste of money.

Really works
It really does do what it says on the box,but one slight problem it is heavy and slippy so always slides down pillow you keep having to correct it .

Not as cool as I’d like to be.
I was slightly disappointed with this product, supposedly keeps you cool at night but sadly it was very effective as it needs to be put into a pillow case. If used on its own it wasn’t too bad. Overall if you want to use it without a cover then it will do as it says and keeps you cool.

Better nights sleep
Absolutely impressed with this pillow pad!!! I stick it in the fridge in the morning and when i go to bed take it up with me…. It is small and thing so doesn’t take up heaps of room in the fridge… it is wipe clean as well.. Size wise it covers perfectly if you want to place the pad on top of the pillow or you can also pop it inside your pillow case instead. I was worried my face would get hot and sticky in the night and cause the pad to stick to my skin but it hasn’t at all. It comes with a little storage case so easy to take away with you… i wish i had this when i travelled to Vegas last year in 45’c heat as it would have been amazing! there really isn’t anything i can fault with this product. Perfect now the hot nights are here!

How to keep a cool head!!!
Ideal for summer use or sweaty situation.when sick or ill for example I do not recommend using it without enclosing it in a pillow case which can easly be washed or changed as required I would also suggest airing it every day

Ok for occasional use
The pillow pad is a thinnish large fully plastic coated piece with gel inside. It is quite heavy when compared to a pillow and the plastic is not something I would want against my face everynight. I overcame this by putting the pad inside the pillow case which works well but can slip around a bit. It definitely has a cooling affect so would benefit when having hot flushes, to help me fall asleep but I would'nt feel comfortable using daily. Comes in handy storage / carry bag.

Keep a cool head
Although only used during some of the warmer Spring days so far (therefore not necessarily needed yet), this product has an excellent cooling effect, which should work very well during the really hot nights in Summer. The pad literally sucks the warmth from your head, and it feels like an ice block... but a comfortable one! It is worth noting that if you put the pad inside your pillowcase, it does make your pillow feel extremely heavy, and it is slightly stiff until it starts to absorb your body heat (so don't feel put off by this). I still found this a better option than sleeping with it outside of the pillowcase though, which felt a bit weird. Overall I'm pleased and I'm looking forward to using it during those seriously hot Summer nights... whenever they arrive!
