Upgrade the tires & inner tubes
This bike comes with the worst tires and inner tubes ive had on a bike, the tires are flimsy and will only protect the inner tubes if ridden on a hard flat surface, I took it down a dirt track (the dirt track had only a few little stones and was mainly wet mud) which burst the bikes inner tubes, the tires do not protect the inner tube much and the inner tube is of a poor quality too. If you plan to take this bike on surfaces that are not concrete or similarly hard, flat surfaces, you'll need to upgrade the tires and inner tubes. The bike can also struggle on steep slopes, but apart from those 2 issues the bike is good and fun to ride

This is designed for smooth rides on hard surfaces/ pavements/concrete etc.
If looking to ride a scooter on grass etc we would advise looking for something more specific and has all terrain tyres.

Yes, Under current UK law it is not legal to be used in public it would classify as an electric motor vehicle and need to be registered for type approval with the DVLA and need MOT tax insurance and licence
