I had some watches pack up on me and one I didn't like. I got this at a good price and to me Casio are always a good watch. The instructions can be downloaded free of charge from the official Casio website (other websites may CHARGE!). Search Casio module 2784. The watch has a pop off case back the watch without any strap or bracelet weighs about 40g, with a leather strap it weighs 50g and if you wear it as supplied by Argos the stainless steel bracelet it now weighs about 103g. I often buy a watch with a bracelet and order a quick release silicone strap being cheaper than paying for a bracelet adjusted. The Casio watch is about 10mm thick, front to back. It's about 41mm wide. The battery is a px 625 with a estimated life of 3 years. Would recommend.
