Not the greatest
Bought this to use in our caravan. It feels very light and flimsy, but has some suction……though not as good as my ‘middle of Lidl’ one that has just given up the ghost. More like a motorised ewbank style carpet sweeper. ‘Feel it’s overpriced ….

Light weight Sweeper
Bought Gtech carpet sweeper a week ago,its light to move around, great for my hands, I've got Arthritis in both, its ideal for upstairs rooms, bit noisy, but works well on picking up general fluff dust etc, enough suction to clear daily mess. Charged quickly really happy with purchase

Maybe a little too light, I wonder how robust it will be over time. Does pick up well. As for the "free" attachment duster - it's not as good as the previous one's that came as standard. It's shedding it's fibre's on first use!

Excellent for easy clean-up
Was gutted when my very old GTech sweeper finally broke and so got a new one exactly the same! Excellent for zipping round for a quick clean, surprisingly effective!

Updating G-Tech SW02
Very pleased with G-Tech SWO2 sweeper, it has been bought as replacement for or original eighteen year old sweeper, which was due its sixth new battery. What my wife likes is the fact it now has an LED battery charge indicator which is a vast improvement, which will ultimately optimise battery life. Otherwise the sweeping side of things are basically the same.

What a sweeper
I am so pleased that I decided to buy this sweeper. It was easy to fit together and use straight away. So much better than hauling a big hoover round. I was tickled pink by the dead rat looking brush which was given free. Thank you so much Argos for making it so easy to purchase on line and collect.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Gtech SW02 Advanced Cordless Power Carpet Sweeper: Depending how long the bristles and threads on the carpet are, there is the potentiality of it being caught up in the brushes. We always advise customers to try out on an unobtrusive piece of carpet first. On most of our machines it is usually possible to remove the brush bars, and just rely on the suction to remove dust / dirt etc.

A sweeper is quieter and doesn't suck up the dust, a vacuum is louder and will deep clean by sucking up the dust.
