About this product
The Vax Rapid Power Refresh is a carpet cleaner for when hoovering isn't enough. It's corded for constant power and deep cleans carpets, upholstery, stairs and car interiors using water and cleaning solution. The automix system measures water and solution for you, preventing guessing or spills. It leaves carpets dry in under an hour, so you're not waiting all day to walk on them. The extra-large 4.7l clean water and 4.7l dirty water tanks let you clean whole rooms or a full car interior without frequent refills or emptying.
The 5 rotating brush bars work into carpet fibres to lift ground-in dirt, and it sucks up spills as well as cleaning solution. It's not just for floors. With the 2.5m stretch hose and wash tool, you can clean sofas, mattresses, stairs and car boots or footwells. The 7.5m power cord gives plenty of reach without unplugging, and a carry handle makes it easy to move between rooms or to the car. It weighs 8.4kg, solid but manageable. You get a wash tool and 250ml of Platinum Professional Solution included. Works on carpets, hard floors, stairs and upholstery.

Good replacement
Brought this to replace a old vax machine. It's cleans really well , drying time was excellent. The tank is a lot easier to clean than old machine. Only down side hence 4 stars is that it is really heavy to push and move about.

Great vax upright cleaner.
Very pleased,big improvement on my older vax,it cleans my carpets great, and drys the carpet quicker.only downside could do to be a bit lighter, but overall it cleans my carpets great.👍 not used the attachments yet as also have the cax spot wash whichbis fab for small jobs.

Excellent purchase
Our last vax sadly needed replaced after 5 years or regular use. I decided to chose the rapid power this time for the bigger tank. So happy. Not too bulky to use but great that you can use then rinse with no hassle. Auto mix is fab and all the bits so easy to take out and clean. Very impressed.
