Amazing carpet cleaner
This is my second Vax carpet cleaner after 10 years i wouldnt use any other cleaner ..This cleaner deep cleans my carpet leaving it looking like new .Easy to use even on my stairs .Well done Vax im a very happy customer.

Excellent carpet cleaner bought with £80 discount due to a special offer. My dad’s twenty year old carpets have been revived as look new. Also the material on our dining chairs is now brilliantly clean. The machine is heavy to push when full but it’s manageable. I highly recommend this machine

Appliance work well but suspect build quality
bought this carpet cleaner a couple of weeks ago and used it immediately. It worked well on deep cleaning couch upholstery and also pleasing results on cleaning some carpets and rugs so all good there. My only reservation is build quality - it is literally a pile of plastic! Devices made by the likes of Dyson are also plastic but that is a better quality and flexible material. The plastic in this Vax feels brittle and cheap - I won’t be using it a great deal but wouldn’t recommend for frequent use. The hose attachment for the spot cleaner is really badly made as an example. The port where it plugs in is made of very brittle / cheap material which I’m sure will break unless used very carefully. All in all - the cleaner works well, but cheap and nasty build

Great purchase
I am so pleased with my Vax Rapid Power cleaner ! I was considering renting a carpet cleaner but decided to buy and am so happy I did. This cleaner is easy to use, does great job and also easy to clean after use. I am working my way through the house and the carpets are looking so fresh and like new. I haven’t used the attachment yet but will when I do the stairs. Also great to have the ‘refresh’ setting for quick cleans.

Very happy with this carpet cleaner. I can see the dirt being pulled up, I know it's cleaning the carpets properly and it leaves the carpets dry. The attachment for stairs is great and a long length which is handy. I'm very happy I upgrade my carpet cleaner and definitely recommend this one. It's easy to use and I love the part for the carpet cleaning solution so you can't put too much in.
