Found this brand new machine thrown away in our communal bin area. Looked very new. Fault traced to blocked gauze/filter under front nozzle. Cleaned out and works like a dream. I purchased this carpet cleaner recently, I’m quite happy with its results. The only thing for me is, that it’s rather heavy. I’m older…….but if your younger it will be ideal for cleaning your carpets!
