Bought this dryer a few months ago it's fantastic for all our needs. Not very noisy and seems to be energy efficient, we mainly use it at night and weekends. I like that it's a condenser and I don't need to have a hose leading outside from it. I would highly recommend this machine.

Only used a couple of times. I felt it didn't tumble both ways so some washing was just wrapped up in the sheets and didn't dry aswell. Noise levels are fine. But, I will be able to update review when it has been used more.

Fantastic Heat Pump Dryer, makes my life easier
A friend recommended this as it was taking ages to get her washing dry. I had never heard of a heat pump tumble dryer but she explained how it works. I live in a small flat and had thought it impossible to ever have one. I'm also mobility impaired and struggled with hanging up washing! Oh WOW! It's a life changer! I found a way of keeping it in my flat. It's made such a difference. Washing machine, straight to the tumble dryer. I use the mixed synthetics setting. It stops automatically, often before the time stated. One 6-7 kg washing machine load goes in fine, it's got the capacity for 8 kg. I find that at the end of one cycle, nearly everything is dry but I'll leave the damp stuff in and it's dry after another round. I'm impressed at how sensitive it is at measuring dryness. It's not expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at how cost effective it is, about 50p per load as of May 2026. I am so happy I bought it. Argos's payment plan 0% interest over a few months meant I could afford it. I got it on a Black Friday deal. Ps I can't comment on the noise as I have a hearing loss

Currently an unsatisfactory product.....
Had my tumble dryer delivered 2 weeks ago. I used it once and unfortunately an error occurred and stopped working. After troubleshooting suggestions made in the support area the error remained. I contacted the support team, followed up all suggestions they made (including a repeat of the those already tried). An engineer visit was scheduled, he came (really lovely helpful man) who determined that new parts were required. These are now on order and I'm awaiting a further date for the repair to be made.......so still without a working tumble dryer.

Rubbish product
I purchased this dryer to replace an old normal dryer. It may save loads of electricity but doesn’t dry clothes to a satisfactory level, dshould have purchased a normal replacement.

Dryer is efficient but does take longer than expected to dry the clothes. Needs regular de fluffing otherwise doesn’t work efficiently. Very useful in the winter minths
