The stories are read so quickly, you can barely envisage a part of the story before moving onto the next. My 3.5yr old can’t stick with it as it’s too chaotic and shouty with no time to imagine the story. Probably good for older kids, but not great for under 5s or anyone with overstimulation sensitives. Disappointed 😢

My boys (7 and 5) love this Tonie! We follow along with the books to see the pictures and it keeps them very engaged. I like that it's read by the author Tom Fletcher and another McFly band member - they make it really fun with silly voices and a little extra drama. I'm not sure what everyone's complaining about with the speed - these aren't the sort of books children fall asleep reading - they're very animated and funny, so the rhythm is appropriate for the content and I certainly don't read these books aloud as though I'm trying to anaesthetise someone. My kids tend to tune out of dull reading. Also there's an audio sample for every Tonie people, just have a listen before you buy next time! Also have no clue what everyone means about the advisory info between stories, I don't think it's ever even registered to us, it certainly can't be very long as I always feel a bit of time pressure to swap over to the next physical book in time to keep up.
All in all this is a great, fun Tonie, even better it you have the physical books to go along with it. It's not a big snooze if you're trying to sedate anyone but it is great to pop on at bedtime and let them listen to the end then settle down to sleep immediately afterwards which my children have no trouble with.
I bought this last month for my grandson. It was durable and well made. It read the narrative to my grandchildren and they loved that it was portable. He was able to interact with the character which he instantly recognised due to the craftsmanship of these story tellers. All in all, he loved it!

Our favourite tonies - read in such an engaging way, my 4 year old loves it!
I bought this for my Grandaughter. She will love it. It was so easy to buy from Argos with click and collect. No long queue to deal with. Service was excellent.

My son loves this Tonie. As other reviews mention, the stories are read quite quickly, but I think this makes them feel dynamic and fun. The licencing info is only a couple of seconds at the start of each story, and I feel doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment - my 3 year old loves it, anyway!
Looks fab, purchased as a gift so hoping granddaughter will enjoy the book as well as the audio

My son absolutely loves these books and was thrilled to find out there’s a Tonie version. He’s had it on repeat since it arrived! As a McFly fan, I was especially excited to hear it’s narrated by Tom and Dougie — such a fun bonus!
