Not bad for the price. I always wash bedding a couple of times before i use it to get eid of the chemicals and its come up nice and soft.

Warm and cosy fitted sheet
Had aleady purchased a double brushed cotton double sheet and so pleased I have bought another. Good quality and nice and warm once you are under the covers. Nice and deep so stays on mattress well. Takes longer to dry than poly cotton and especially around the edges where the elastic is.

Warm and cosy fitted sheet
This brushed cotton sheet, is warm and cosy. It is nice and deep and covers the mattress well, the elascicated edges makes it easier to fit and stay on. Have already purchased another one. As it is brushed cotton it is thicker than poly/cotton and takes longer to dry.

Pros - OEKO-TEX cotton, washes well, bright colour, size is just right with my mattress topper on. Cons - not very cosy / brushed compared to duvet cover I have bought from here.
