Yes, you can see the cover retaining screw plus the two cable clamp screws in the main image on this listing, you simply need to unscrew the top cover and loosen the cable clamp then flip the plug over to access the terminal screws (once the cover has been taken off).

No, there is only 1 gap between sockets so nowhere for a second keyhole to go, we only put them on 4+ socket sized flat extension leads (as these will then be far enough apart for stability).
