The machine ran out of cutter wire after 10 minutes I tried to purchase a replacement cutter spool You do not sell spares for your own brand, therefore it is of no use. I returned it and got my money back.

I simply bought heavy-duty fishing line and it works beautifully and cheaply.
Having the same problem. Used above info and called. They recommended Mow Spares but they dont seem to stock the spools for this model. Cant find them on Amazon either.
