As Apples go, it’s good
I was forced by Apple to purchase a newer model, because it became impossible to run my last one after support for it was withdrawn. Apple have a lot to learn in terms of being climate friendly. Some of the best features of my previous model are no longer available & Apple have assumed they know better than me on so many fronts it is beyond irritating & frustrating. I am English & I spell in English but Apple adopts all American spelling & I no longer have the choice to add my English words & spellings to the dictionary. I don’t need all the hassle that this attitude & approach Apple have taken, and am looking around for a different computer that works with me. As tech goes this iPad probably does everything someone who just wants to play around on tech needs, but as a straight forward, plug in & use piece of business equipment it’s not making the grade. It’s the very last Apple I shall buy, as they do not in any way meet what I need.

Paid extra so I could pick up next day. Product arrived in store but they couldn’t let me have it as Argos hadn’t completed paperwork at their end. Contacted customer service who were very rude and unhelpful, even to the very helpful Sainsbury’s staff. Argos have had there day.
